Event cancellation/refund policy

If you cancel your place at a paid FSSI event with:

  • more than 1 month notice, a full refund will be issued
  • less than 2 weeks’ notice, a 50% refund will be issued
  • less than 1 week notice, no refund will be issued.

We gladly welcome replacement participants and you are able to advise us if another person is able to take your place. FSSI will not be responsible for ensuring any exchange of payment if this occurs.

Where a paid event is cancelled by the event organiser (FSSI or a partner organisation), a full refund will be issued to participants.
